  • Handle petty cash transactions including disbursement, replenishment, and reconciliation in accordance with established financial controls.
  • Draft journal entries for review and approval prior to posting into the general ledger system.
  • Assist in preparation of periodic expenditure returns and financial summaries for management decision-making.
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of financial data and proper classification of transactions.
  • File, organize, and maintain financial records relating to payments, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents for audit and reference purposes.
  • Prepare statutory and tax-related payments and ensure timely submission of required returns to relevant authorities.
  • Safeguard financial records, accountable documents, and organizational assets assigned under custody.
  • Assist in reconciliation of financial statements, bank accounts, and ledger balances to ensure consistency and accuracy.
