The program promotes ethical conduct, accountability, confidentiality, teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence while exposing interns to modern public service standards and institutional governance practices. Participants will develop practical competencies in document management, human resource information systems, office administration, communication, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement while working in a structured and supportive environment.
