Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize SharePoint Online environments to maintain high availability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Configure Microsoft 365 collaboration services according to enterprise governance standards.
- Design scalable SharePoint sites that support business operations across multiple departments.
- Develop modern information architecture using metadata, managed metadata, content types, and site columns.
- Improve document management strategies by implementing structured content organization and lifecycle controls.
- Create automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Build user-friendly SharePoint Lists and digital solutions that reduce manual administrative processes.
- Collaborate with business units to gather functional requirements and convert them into practical technology solutions.
- Develop low-code and no-code applications that improve operational efficiency.
- Customize SharePoint environments using supported Microsoft technologies while maintaining long-term maintainability.
- Implement secure permission models using Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint Groups, and role-based access controls.
- Review and strengthen governance policies to ensure platform compliance and security.
- Identify unused or outdated collaboration spaces and recommend appropriate remediation actions.
- Monitor platform health, system performance, user adoption metrics, and service reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex SharePoint configuration issues and resolve technical incidents promptly.
- Develop PowerShell automation scripts that simplify administrative tasks and recurring maintenance activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Graph services to support enterprise integrations and digital workplace enhancements.
- Maintain application registrations and ensure secure integration between approved business systems.
- Support deployment activities using structured Application Lifecycle Management practices.
- Assist in testing, validating, and releasing platform improvements into production environments.
- Configure document versioning, retention policies, and information governance controls.

- Maintain technical documentation covering platform configurations, governance standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or another closely related discipline from a recognized institution. Equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced technical capability may also be considered.
