The role goes beyond routine system administration and requires a proactive approach to designing scalable data architectures, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights that drive fundraising success. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of data integrity across thousands of donor records, ensuring compliance with finance and regulatory requirements, and supporting audit readiness. In addition, the role involves building sophisticated reporting systems that provide real-time insights into donor trends, segmentation, and revenue opportunities.
