The role provides overall strategic direction and operational oversight for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), end-to-end user lifecycle automation (Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes), access recertification, and identity integrations across core banking and non-banking subsidiaries. The successful candidate will ensure identity services are standardized, automated, audit-ready, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. This includes harmonizing identity controls across different countries while accommodating local regulatory nuances and business models. The Group Head – IAM will work closely with executive leadership, technology teams, cybersecurity units, enterprise risk, compliance functions, and regulators to maintain a resilient and forward-looking identity governance framework.   • • Develop, refine, and execute the Group-wide Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory requirements across all subsidiaries of Equity Group Holdings. Translate strategic goals into measurable IAM roadmaps, policies, standards, and governance models that support sustainable growth and digital transformation initiatives.
  • • Lead and oversee Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) programs across multiple countries and business units, ensuring consistent implementation of access controls, identity lifecycle management, and governance standards in both banking and non-banking entities.
  • • Oversee the full Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle by implementing automated provisioning, seamless role transitions, and timely de-provisioning processes. Ensure identity data integrity by integrating authoritative source systems such as HR platforms with enterprise applications to eliminate orphan accounts and reduce operational risk.
  • • Design and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and least privilege principles across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Continuously optimize role models to reduce access sprawl and ensure appropriate Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
  • • Deploy, configure, and manage enterprise PAM solutions, including password vaulting, automated credential rotation, Just-in-Time (JIT) privileged access, and privileged session monitoring. Minimize standing privilege and strengthen auditability of administrative activities across critical systems.
  • • Integrate IAM systems with core banking platforms, Active Directory, ERP systems, SaaS applications, and third-party fintech ecosystems to ensure secure and automated identity workflows across interconnected environments.
  • • Conduct periodic access recertification campaigns, standardize review processes, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements across all operating jurisdictions. Maintain comprehensive documentation and proactively remediate audit findings.
  • • Provide executive dashboards and regular reports detailing IAM posture, risk indicators, compliance metrics, and performance against SLAs. Embed IAM risk scoring within the broader enterprise cyber-risk framework.
  • • Manage IAM vendors, system integrators, and service providers to ensure effective service delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with contractual and regulatory obligations.
  • • Lead, mentor, and develop multi-country IAM teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Stay abreast of global IAM trends and implement modern best practices, including Zero Trust architecture and cloud-native identity solutions.
