- The Field Programme Assistant (G-5) will perform a wide range of programme, administrative, and communications tasks to support the Uganda TFV office. Key responsibilities include:
- Programme Support
- Assist the Programme Manager in admitting eligible victims into the reparations programme in coordination with implementing partners and VPRS databases.
- Verify that victims have valid identity documents for participation; coordinate with partners to resolve documentation issues.
- Communicate clearly with victims regarding their admission and participation in reparation programmed, including timelines and responsibilities.
- Conduct eligible victim contact notifications, particularly in Acholi-speaking regions.
- Maintain and update victim databases, case files, and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare regular progress updates and reports on the victim admission process for management review.
- Support the identification and reporting of lessons learned, best practices, and success stories for internal and external communications.
- Monitoring and Evaluation Support
- Assist in monitoring the care and participation of beneficiaries within reparation measures.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting on programmed effectiveness.
- Contribute to preparing progress reports and monitoring outcomes of reparation projects.
