Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of digital product development initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Support the commercialization of new digital banking products and services across multiple customer segments.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives and strategic investments.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging customer needs and competitive opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements that strengthen product competitiveness.
- Coordinate product implementation activities with technology, operations, compliance, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Establish project governance structures and facilitate steering committee meetings where required.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and implementation quality.
- Ensure digital initiatives comply with internal governance standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management policies.
- Identify operational risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout every phase of implementation.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate successful deployment before production release.
- Monitor implementation progress and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Evaluate product performance using business intelligence, customer feedback, and operational data.
- Support continuous enhancement of digital channels to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with finance teams to monitor project expenditure and budget utilization.
- Manage approved change requests while ensuring proper governance and documentation.
- Work closely with customer service teams to identify recurring service challenges and recommend improvements.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions related to digital transformation initiatives.
- Build productive relationships with internal departments and external business partners.
- Assist with pricing strategy reviews and support product commercialization activities.
- Coordinate communication plans for new product launches and service enhancements.
- Support training initiatives that improve employee readiness for new digital solutions.
- Promote customer adoption of digital banking platforms through continuous product improvement.
- Analyze customer behaviors and identify opportunities for increased digital engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of project dependencies, assumptions, and implementation risks.
- Ensure benefits realization activities are tracked after project completion.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen the Bank's digital product portfolio and long-term growth strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Digital Business, Project Management, Marketing, or another closely related discipline from a recognized institution. Professional certifications in Agile Product Management, Scrum, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership will provide a competitive advantage. Candidates should demonstrate sound knowledge of digital banking platforms, financial technology ecosystems, product lifecycle management, governance frameworks, project coordination methodologies, market research techniques, customer experience management, and business process improvement. Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, financial acumen, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, presentation, planning, documentation, and organizational skills are essential.
