Responsibilities for Senior Business Analyst – ERP (Oracle EBS) in Kenya
- Provide functional support and administration for Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) and all interfacing applications across the organization.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations, enhancements, or process improvements within the ERP environment.

- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and production releases, including after-hours support when required.
- Design, modify, and optimize Oracle workflows using Workflow Builder to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ICT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless system functionality and enhancements.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective system utilization and adoption.
