The Deputy Director, Legal Services at the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority will serve as the principal legal advisor to the Authority, providing strategic direction and oversight in all legal, regulatory, and governance matters. This includes providing timely and accurate legal advice to management, operational units, and the Board of Directors on contractual obligations, statutory compliance, and risk management. The role is central to mitigating legal risks and ensuring that business transactions, agreements, and organizational decisions adhere to applicable laws and internal governance standards. A core responsibility of the position is managing litigation and dispute resolution matters. Responsibilities for Deputy Director, Legal Services in Kenya
- Deputy Director, Legal Services will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of all legal and governance functions within the Authority.
