Nova Pioneer is seeking a highly skilled and passionate High School Kiswahili/CRE Teacher to join its Eldoret Boys Campus starting April 2026. This is a full-time role for an experienced educator with at least three years of teaching experience. - The High School Kiswahili/CRE Teacher will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, inquiry-based education to students at Nova Pioneer Eldoret Boys Campus. The teacher will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering exceptional Kiswahili and CRE lessons that align with the Kenya national curriculum and Nova Pioneer’s unique inquiry-based instructional model. This includes developing comprehensive lesson plans in collaboration with the Learning Design Team, ensuring that content is regularly reviewed, updated, and refined to reflect best practices in pedagogy and instructional design.
- The teacher will create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, organized, safe, and developmentally appropriate for students. They will foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, inspiring students with a passion for learning through engaging, real-world lessons that connect academic content to practical life skills. The use of interactive technology and diverse learning resources will be integrated into lessons to enhance engagement and comprehension while accommodating different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitoring and assessing students’ academic progress is a key responsibility. The teacher will maintain accurate records of student performance, provide timely feedback to both students and parents, and communicate progress to school leadership.
