The officer will coordinate course projects, practical assignments, field-based learning, and laboratory work, ensuring that students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to their disciplines. Assessment duties will include setting, invigilating, and marking examinations and assignments, as well as preparing detailed academic evaluations and progress reports that reflect student performance and learning outcomes.
• In the research domain, the Lecturer / Research Fellow will undertake rigorous scholarly work, including empirical, theoretical, and applied research projects that advance knowledge in their respective fields. The officer will prepare proposals for research funding, secure grants, and manage research projects efficiently, adhering to ethical standards and institutional policies.
