  • The Credit Administration Officer will be responsible for performing a wide range of credit administration and operational support functions within the bank.   • The officer will also manage lien placements and removals on customer accounts, amend loan details such as dates and interest rates where authorized, and process loan maturities either partially or fully based on customer instructions.   • To mitigate operational risk, the officer will raise cancellation memos when required and verify instructions related to security releases, balance transfers from check-off arrangements, and the release of cash margins tied to credit facilities.
  • Customer service is also a key component of the role. The officer will ensure that instructions are executed within stipulated service level agreements, including timely loan disbursements and limit markings. The officer will also ensure that queries raised by internal or external stakeholders are addressed promptly and professionally.
