  • In addition, the NOC Shift Engineer will generate detailed daily and shift reports outlining incidents handled, root causes identified, corrective actions taken, and overall system performance. Coordination with external service providers is essential to address faults identified during proactive monitoring. The engineer may also validate and troubleshoot provisioning scripts where applicable and support the effective operation of NMS and OSS/BSS tools.
  • The role further demands strict compliance with ISO operational controls, audit documentation standards, and internal governance frameworks. The engineer will support service and incident management platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Spectrum, and HP Service Management. Maintaining high service availability, confirming system stability after issue resolution, and effectively operating within a 24/7 shift rotation schedule are fundamental expectations of this position.
