Responsibilities for Talent Sourcing Manager in Kenya
- Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
- Leverage multiple channels including social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future job openings.

- Determine and implement sourcing strategies to address human resource gaps effectively.
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Develop recruitment and selection strategies to ensure the right skills and talent are available for business performance.
- Implement resourcing strategies aligned with the bank’s recruitment policies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Unit Heads to identify resourcing needs, assess candidates, and hire the most suitable individuals.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective attraction and recruitment of employees into the right roles.
- Staff Movement & Retention
- Manage internal staff movements to ensure the right staff are allocated to the right positions.
- Monitor attrition trends and recommend appropriate interventions to minimize business impact.
- Support succession planning, skill profiling, and employee retention initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee the induction and orientation of new hires in line with onboarding guidelines.
- Participate in the acquisition of talent, including creating job profiles, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Ensure all references and security background checks are completed prior to employee confirmation.
- Job Description & Role Management
- Maintain and manage job descriptions to ensure every staff member has an up to date, signed JD in collaboration with line managers.
- Ensure the bank acquires and retains the human capital required for productive performance.
- Reporting & Recruitment Administration
- Keep all resourcing data and reports up to date for BOARD, EXCO, Group, and HR department requirements.
- Track, respond to, and process recruitment queries and documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Manage all staffing requirements through a structured recruitment plan.
