Key Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously enhance the organization's enterprise architecture framework, governance model, technology principles, and strategic architectural roadmap.
- Provide executive leadership for enterprise architecture initiatives that support long-term organizational objectives and digital transformation priorities.
- Lead enterprise architecture governance boards, ensuring technology proposals comply with established standards before implementation.
- Evaluate business initiatives and recommend architecture solutions that maximize operational efficiency, scalability, resilience, and sustainability.
- Direct and mentor Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Cybersecurity Architects, and other architecture professionals while encouraging continuous professional growth.
- Establish consistent architecture review procedures, documentation standards, design principles, and quality assurance practices across technology teams.
- Promote collaboration between architecture, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, and business departments.
- Guide cloud transformation initiatives by ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective enterprise cloud architecture decisions.
- Oversee enterprise integration strategies that enable reliable communication between internal systems, cloud platforms, applications, and external partners.
- Define architectural standards for APIs, middleware platforms, messaging frameworks, integration services, and enterprise interoperability.
- Support modernization initiatives that replace outdated technologies with innovative enterprise solutions aligned to future business needs.
- Strengthen governance for identity management, authentication services, cybersecurity controls, and enterprise risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with digital transformation leaders to reduce technology fragmentation and eliminate unnecessary architectural complexity.
- Review enterprise technology investments and recommend architectural improvements that deliver measurable organizational value.
- Build strong relationships with executive leadership, project sponsors, vendors, technology partners, and business stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations suitable for executive decision-making.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve organizational capabilities.
- Ensure enterprise technology standards comply with regulatory obligations, security policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or another closely related discipline from a recognized institution. A postgraduate qualification in Enterprise Architecture, Information Systems, Business Administration, Technology Management, or Digital Transformation will provide an added advantage. Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent enterprise architecture credentials are highly desirable.
- Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of enterprise architecture governance, cloud computing, systems integration, cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise applications, API management, digital transformation, software engineering standards, solution architecture, infrastructure modernization, and technology strategy development.
