Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of workplace health and wellness initiatives throughout the organization.
- Assist with organizing employee wellness campaigns, awareness events, and educational outreach activities.
- Prepare informative health promotion materials suitable for internal communication platforms.
- Coordinate schedules, meeting arrangements, and logistical requirements for wellness program.
- Maintain accurate administrative records while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with compiling statistical information and preparing summaries for programme evaluation.
- Help organize staff registration processes for health awareness sessions and wellness activities.
- Provide administrative support during medical outreach events and employee engagement program.
- Conduct background research on current health promotion practices and workplace wellness trends.
- Assist in developing presentations, briefing materials, and educational resources.
- Support the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and programme documentation.
- Help monitor participation levels and maintain organized attendance records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to support ongoing wellness projects.
- Assist with coordinating communications between internal stakeholders and program participants.
- Organize digital files and maintain orderly documentation systems.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving employee engagement.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating program activities where appropriate.
- Support awareness initiatives focusing on healthy lifestyles, mental wellbeing, nutrition, physical activity, and preventive health practices.
- Help gather feedback from participants to support continuous program improvement.
- Ensure administrative processes comply with organizational procedures and professional standards.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality during all assigned duties.
- Contribute to the preparation of newsletters and internal health communication materials.
- Assist with monitoring project timelines and following up on assigned tasks.
- Support procurement-related administrative documentation where required.
- Participate actively in departmental learning opportunities and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Help coordinate wellness resource distribution across departments.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors regarding work progress and assigned priorities.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting additional administrative or program activities when requested.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, respect, and collaboration within the workplace.
- Complete assigned internship objectives while continuously developing professional knowledge and practical workplace skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university degree in Public Health, Nursing, Medicine, Occupational Health, Health Promotion, Psychology, Biomedical Sciences, Community Health, Wellness Management, or another related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional attitude with strong ethical standards.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem
- solving capabilities.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multicultural environments.
