Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional maritime safety training using competency-based instructional approaches.
- Facilitate classroom lectures covering maritime safety principles and operational procedures.
- Conduct practical demonstrations for internationally recognized maritime safety courses.
- Teach personal survival techniques using approved training methodologies.
- Deliver fire prevention and firefighting instruction through practical exercises.
- Train participants in emergency preparedness and coordinated emergency response procedures.
- Facilitate first aid and onboard medical emergency awareness sessions.

- Explain maritime safety management systems and their practical application.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Occupational Safety, or another relevant discipline.
- Certified maritime trainer with recognized STCW and/or IMO Model Course qualifications.
- Strong understanding of international maritime safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Practical knowledge of safety management systems and operational risk management.
- Excellent classroom facilitation and learner engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct practical maritime safety demonstrations.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective presentation and instructional delivery skills.
