Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing leads, exhibitions, property activations, and direct prospecting initiatives.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients while consistently achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Record every customer interaction, enquiry, follow-up activity, and transaction accurately within the company's CRM platform.
- Contact prospective customers promptly and professionally to understand their property investment requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property presentations, virtual demonstrations, and physical site visits for interested clients.
- Explain property specifications, pricing structures, ownership processes, payment schedules, and available financing options clearly.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers by providing honest advice and responsive communication throughout the buying journey.
- Follow up enquiries consistently until successful conversion or documented closure.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Monitor competitor property offerings, pricing trends, and market developments to support strategic sales planning.
- Recommend appropriate sales strategies based on customer feedback and prevailing market conditions.
- Coordinate preparation of booking forms, offer letters, reservation documents, sales agreements, and related documentation.
- Work closely with legal, finance, mortgage, and customer service teams to ensure efficient transaction processing.
- Verify customer documentation before submission for internal review and approval.
- Upload payment confirmations and supporting documents into the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Monitor customer payment schedules and proactively follow up outstanding balances.
- Encourage timely customer payments while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Support mortgage applicants by coordinating application progress and providing regular updates.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of customer information and business records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after every property transaction.
- Resolve customer enquiries professionally while escalating complex issues appropriately.
- Participate actively in property exhibitions, investment forums, roadshows, trade fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and public marketing events.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all residential, commercial, and investment property projects offered by the company.
- Explain investment benefits and potential returns using accurate and factual information.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry regulations, and applicable real estate legislation.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and organized customer records.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in every client interaction.
- Continuously strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation abilities, and customer relationship management skills through ongoing learning and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Commerce, or another related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Professional training in sales, customer relationship management, or real estate practice will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of property sales processes and customer engagement principles.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet
- based business tools.
